You'll be glad you did. R Robert. My 5 year old son actually said he loves going to this dentist! He loves the staff! I appreciate how good they are with him; they make going to the dentist fun! Thank you for making something that was always so scary for me, fun for my son. See you on 6 months!! L Lidia.
What can I say about this lovely place. I have been here for two years and the staff has been so patient with me while I consistently cancel bc of my health problems. Mohave has found the mysterious wonders of a bad dental treatment I had years ago and has worked with me to bring my beautiful smile back. The staff is so warm and caring and the place is immaculate! I watched a car chase as every person gets to watch TV to distract what is going on. They make sure you are in comfort and without pain.
I have my neighbors going to him and he does make you feel like you are the only patient. I will not go anywhere else! You would be a fool not to try this place out as the manager is completely on it with health insurance and maximizes your benefits! I Irene. Everyone at Skyline Dental is so professional and extremely nice.
My first time there felt like I had been going for years. I'm happy to apart of the Skyline Dental family! J Josh. Mahdavi and his staff have taken such great care of my entire family. They're professional, warm, friendly, they know us well and remember us, and they have a wonderful insurance program too.
Love these guys. Five big stars. J Julie. It is normal for the tissue around the root of your tooth to be disturbed after root canal treatment RCT , and the surrounding area to feel tender and sore.
So, how do you know if this discomfort is a normal part of the recovery process or something you should be concerned about? So, what can go wrong? Below, we break down some of the ways a root canal can fail, and the symptoms you may experience in the case of a failed RCT.
Symptoms will affect the same tooth that was treated, or a surrounding area, such as the nearby gums. The common signs and symptoms of a failed root canal treatment include —. A root canal failure occurs because bacteria remain present in the root canal, or find a way to re-enter the tooth after treatment.
Just like your other teeth, a tooth that has received a root canal is susceptible to decay and needs to be maintained with good oral hygiene.
Your mouth is full of bacteria, and if appropriate oral care is not maintained then there is a risk that decay can develop. This infection is typically caused by either bacteria, or an injury to the tooth. Root canals are performed to help safe a tooth and prevent serious health problems from developing in the future.
Root canals must always be addressed promptly to avoid complications. At North Shore Family Dental Care, our first priority is always to save your tooth, and our team will do everything to ensure your root canal procedure in North Little Rock, AR is successful.
To help your root canal last placing the crown immediately following the root canal procedure is beneficial. Keeping the area surrounding your root canal clean is important. Practicing good oral hygiene habits can ensure your root canal lasts forever. In some cases patients have issues with their root canal, and there is a chance that a root canal can fail. This is unlikely, but can be due to cracks in the root area, or an obstruction that could make it difficult to properly clean the root area of the tooth.
Symptoms indicating you may have an issue include sensitivity to hot or cold, swelling, or pain while chewing. If you experience any of these symptoms we urge you to contact our office immediately. The most common option for failed root canals is retreatment. This option has the highest success rate, and involves removing the original filling and disinfecting the canal. We then reseal the area to help prevent further infection and to stop bacteria from entering.
